The words of the Bible

 

                               Ephesians 4: 17-32

17 And I say this, and I testify in the Lord, that you will no longer walk as other Gentiles also walk, in the vanity of their mind.

18 Dark in understanding, separated from the life of God by the ignorance in them, by the hardness of their hearts;

19 Who, having lost all feeling, gave themselves up to dissolution, so as to greedily commit all impurity.

20 But you did not learn Christ in this way,

21 If you have heard it, and been taught in it, how is the truth in Jesus;

22 That, as for the past treatment, dispose of the old man, who is corrupted by the lusts of deception;

23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

24 And put on the new man, who according to God is created in true justice and holiness.

25 Therefore, let the lie lie, and speak the truth each with your neighbor; because we are members of each other.

26 Be angry, and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger.

27 Do not give place to the devil.

28 He who stole, don't steal anymore; rather, he works, doing what is good with his hands, so that he has something to share with what he needs.

29 No nasty words will come out of your mouth, but only what is good for promoting edification, so that it will give grace to those who hear it.

30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you are sealed for the day of redemption.

31 Let all bitterness and anger and anger and shouting and blasphemy and all malice be taken away from you,

32 Rather be kind and merciful to one another, forgiving one another, just as God forgave you in Christ.
